  Under S.H.G. Promotion & Counseling Programme, we already created 1000 Self Help Groups in Sonitpur and Lakhimpur district.

  ITSS, NGO has been established to work for the upliftment of the people in general and with a due attention towards the weaker section including Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, other Underprivileged sections of the society and the like in particular irrespective of their age, religion, caste, creed, place of birth etc. Since inception, the organization has been dedicating all its effort for the welfare of the people in the field of Education, Health, Culture, Re-habilitation works, Vocational Training, Welfare service for the aged restitutes. We appreciated the efforts of the members and volunteers of the organization and expressed satisfaction over the progress to the organization

NGOs overview,(NGOs Concept) NGOs Concept:- It is very easy to from an NGO. But is equally tough to manage the same in the long run. Since most of the newly-formed NGOs face acute shortage of Funds. However, there is no dearth of funds for the committed and dedicated NGO workers.If the worker have strong will power to do something new ensuring socioeconomic uplift of the Society,then Fund will flow automatically. That is, there is a will, there is a way.
